WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If there is a problem with your order due to our fault please contact us right away so we can fix it. NO REFUNDS - EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS OF TRACKING SHOWING RECEIVED.

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND & SHIPPING TIME?

Once your order is placed, it will be packed within 1-3 business days and then shipped. If you order something that says made to order please message info@shopshellyrio.com to find out the exact turnaround time. Shipping times depend on the option chosen at check out.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

Please feel free to message us if you have any questions about sizing info@shopshellyrio.com EXCHANGE FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:

 

1. Merchandise must be unworn & unwashed. We CAN NOT accept items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, & without tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.

 

2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
Merchandise marked "Final Sale" can not be returned

***Non-returnable merchandise include: sale products, clearance products, bodysuits and accessories.

 

3. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, pet hair, the smell of fragrances, body odor, or smoke.

 

4. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Shop Shelly Rio and we recommend getting a tracking number incase the post office loses your package before it gets to us. 

 

5. Shipping fees are non refundable.

6. Shop Shelly Rio diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.


**Please include your original confirmation order email so we know who you are. If you can't print it out, you may enclose a note with your full name, email address used to order, & order number. 
If you meet the return/exchange requirements an email will be sent to you with how to redeem your credit.

 

RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 3-4 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
